I recently bleached a section of my hair a pretty blonde color after about 2 weeks I put a red jazzing rinse over it which I hate... I want my blonde back so I bought a Ginger blonde hair dye... I'm afraid this will damage my hair even more than its already been damaged...

Bad news it will, you need to let your hair first adjust to the current color then dye it then and only if your hair does not feel dry anymore.
