About a year and a half ago, I bought a car amplifier from eBay, I used it for a while. Now the problem that has came about is I let my stepsisters boyfriend borrow it about a year ago, and he sold it, he won't replace it and refuses to give me the money for it, I have lost my information telling that I bought it, how can't I fix this to where I can get my money from him, or have him replace the amp? And if I called the police what can I do to prove that he sold my amp??

Just write it off as a life lesson.never loan out what you can not give away.
You could take him to small claims court but that would be a your word against his situation. -- Savage
