Been with my boy friend for over a year. I get really jealous when he speaks to other girls.I am really insecure and worried he might like them more and leave me. He loves me very much and would do anything for me. And I love him more than I've ever loved anyone . He is really friendly with other people (one of the reasons I fell in love with him) how can I stop being so insecure . Please help

How old are the two of you? You either trust this guy or you don't. It does not sound like he has given you any reason not to trust him. Are you typically a non trusting jealous person with everything or just him? Have you always been this way?

We are both in our 40s, and yes I know I should be more mature. I was with my husband for 18 years . He died a few years ago .I think I feel like this because I don't think of myself as very attractive. I pretend to be OK but am very low in confidence
