I am suspecting that you have a manual IP address setup. If you know a little about computers, then set your IP to automatic.
If you don't know then do one of the following:
1. Click the Start button
2. Type: cmd in the Start Search text box.
3. Press Ctrl-Shift-Enter to run Command Prompt as Administrator. Allow elevation request
4. Type: netsh winsock reset in the Command Prompt shell, and hit Enter
5. Type: netsh int ip reset in the Command Prompt shell, and hit Enter
6. Restart the computer
1. Open the Run dialogue, Press the Windows key and ant R keys at the same time, Or
Click on start en then type "Run" in the search bar just above Start.
2. Type ncpa.cpl in the Run box
3. Now look for the wireless card.
4. Right click on it and select, Properties.
5. Look for and double click on TCP/IP settings.
6. Make sure that Acquire IP automaticaly is selected. And Save
Hope this helps
