I was falsely accused of child molestation forensic tests were done psychological test were I've passed every inspection and drug test but haven't got my kids back what can I do

Hire a lawyer... because you will need one that knows the ins and outs of the system.

My kids were taken after I was accused of molesting them. All forensic test proved I did not . All pshycological test proved I did not, and all interviews with the children by dhs proves I did not. I do have visitations but I want my kids back what do I do to get them back it has been a long six months

Unless you have a good attorney, you will have to continue to jump through their hoops to get your children back. This can take up to a year or longer.

If you want to get them back.. hire a lawyer familiar with the system... like I already said.

If you don't really care about winning.. you can try to do it yourself... but your odds are way better with a good lawyer.

You say you have done everything asked by DHS. So what are they saying about when you will get your children back? You ask what can you do, but you don't tell us what they want. Without more details, we can only say either get an attorney or do what they tell you to.
