I usually get my periods regularly in 28days. But this month its 31days and I do not have any symptoms also for my periods. Today morning I had watery vaginal discharge. Could you please help me out in this please? What should I do next?

How old are you? Are you sexually active?

It can be nothing, some women will vary from time to time.
If you are sexually active, ( really did not give any info) then you may be pregnant,
Will assume that you think this is the case, because of where you posted question.

But it is far to early to test, you have to be 2 weeks late to even start testing.

To answer the original poster. Three days isn't even considered late. It would be way too early to test. Wait and see what happens, you may just be having an off month. If you don't get your period 2 weeks after it's due, then test using first morning urine.
