Are there court orders in place? Why didn't she allow visitation ?

So the child's grandmother wants to be a part of her grandchild's life? So what problems is she causing?

Why did your daughter refuse visitation? Are there court orders in place? Refusing visitation in defiance of a court order puts your daughter at risk.

If there are court orders, the mother can not just deny visitation because she does not like grandmother, or because she believes father has no interest.

If she denies visits too many time, father can use this to ask for change of visitation agreement or even change in custody
