    Numbness in my feet
Okay my feet (bottom of my foot have been numb ) for about a week now I went to the ER 2 days ago for chest pains and the numbness chest pains come and go but there not constant like how my foots numbness is. I did notice some swelling on one of my feet but I am not sure if its both feet. I would be perfectly fine to rule out that my shoes are the problem sense I work standing up but my numbness never goes away. But does get worse if I am standing for long periods my right leg will become heavy. My wife thanks I'm a hypochondriac but if it was her I am sure she would be scared too. Ohh and the er visit the doctor told me my chest pains were just regular pains. And my feet something is wrong with my nerves but he couldn't tell me what. I don't remember hurting myself but I did notice my right knee acting up when squating down and getting back up it was kind of painful. If anyone could help me id love it thanks.

A ER is not where you need to be, you need to be at a regular doctor and get tests done and new tests if those don't show.

I agree that an ER is not the place to go (and you didn't mention them doing any tests) and that you need a regular doctor. You need one anyway. Yes, of course you could be in the early stages of heart and vascular problems. As we age, and especially people who have to stand all day, the heart can't circulate the blood as well, and the valves in the legs can't open and close to help pump blood all that long long distance back up to the heart again. It's a big job, the heart. Some people get little signs over years while other people find out all of a sudden by having a heart attack.
So get a doctor, put your feet up after work, wear gel pads in your good quality soft soled shoes, and eat a heart healthy diet.
