My ex husband and his mother have been calling child services and the police department making false accusations about me and how I take care of my children! I divorced him because he abused me and neglected our children! His mother backs him but has nothing to do with my kids! They are very spiteful and keep making reports that are proven to be false once investigated. I am taking care of them by myself. I work full time, do not drink nor do drugs, nor am I abusive to them. Nor have they been around such. But these are the complaints they are making! Please tell me what I can do to stop this? They are the ones that are doing such and have my kids around such! I'm very tired of them and their complaints! I do not bother them and cannot get them to help with their care. But they have set out to make life hell for me because of their spite, which I don't understand. Normally if you don't do anything to anyone they don't do anything to you. But this is not the case with them! Please help?

Who are they making these accusations too? If they have filed several police reports that have all proven to be false, you can ask the police to prosecute them for filing a false report. If they are reporting you family services, they will have the fact they are crying wolf on record.

The only other thing you can do is request a restraining order against them for harassment.
