My husband violated his probation by never going to his app.they caught up to him and put him in jail this is his 2nd technical violation he has court on the 25th of June that day he'll have 45 or 46 days in jail can they give him time served especially with the county prison being so full... oh we live in Pennsylvania

What they do is completely up to the Judge. But the fact your Husband flat out didn't do what was required and was his second violation... they might make an example out of him.
