I am on juvenile probation, as well as adult probation. Can't juvenille probation be suspended because adult overrides that? Do I still have to do both?

Both. Do you know if it is consecutive or concurrent?

His juvenile probation ends in the beginning of 2015, and His adult ran concurrent. Thanks, and hope that helps.

He received a $750 fine(restitution) and the five years. The jueville was just the five years, $25 restitution, and community service. The $25 dollars was paid, community service was completed.Thank You for your interest. I live in a rural area where there is very little assisant here in most areas of your life.

    Hello P:

I've never heard of them overlapping like that. I think it's a mistake... After all, if he violates, WHO gets to punish him? BOTH?? That ain't right.. In fact, it's a clear case of double jeopardy.. I can't figure out how he got the second case. If he was already ON juvenile probation and caught an adult charge, how did the juvenile probation NOT get violated? It makes no sense to me.

The problem you're going to have is unwinding it. Nobody is going to want to let go of THEIR supervision without being forced to do so. Before you hire a lawyer, though, try writing to the judges. They can order a change.. Write to BOTH of them explaining the situation, and ask for relief. Frankly, I'd ask the judge to rule that the ADULT probation give way. Send a certified letter, return receipt requested, to BOTH of them, and send copies to the prosecutors.

If that doesn't work, I'd visit a lawyer.
