    Teenage Health- spots?
Any foods/activities I can do to avoid/reduce spots? Without buying any kind of cream or anything.

    Cheers.

Is your skin breaking out with pimples? Is that what you mean? Or are you talking about some discoloration?

What kind of spots, acne ? Some of this is genetic, some is from poor hygiene, don't know what yours is from if it is acne. But you are from the UK and have socialized medicine, so make an appt with your doctor and get a professional to give you advice on this.

At times creams aren't necessary, but tell us exactly what you mean and we will go from there.

You have socialized medicine in UK so have an appt made with a dermatologist. You don't have to pay, you should take advantage of it to get the best treatment.

BUT, better hygiene, showering every day, taking special notice of acne prone areas; carbolic soap is good and organic; neutrogena soap is hypo-allergenic. Both can be bought in the UK.
