    Stomach Ulcer from stress
I posted a question on here a week ago about my stomach pain that has been going on for about 5 months now.
Well yesterday morning I went to the ER because the pain was SO bad. They said it was constipation and POSSIBLY stomach ulcers from stress. While at the hospital I didn't think of any questions to ask. But now, I have thousands.
    What causes stomach ulcers?
What could happen to me if I do have them?
What can I do to stop the pain?
What are some of the symptoms?

If you could at least answer some of these I would greatly appreciate it . Thank you so much.

If you can't access this website, go to Google and enter stomach ulcers, signs and symptoms

I had been under a lot of stress during the first part of 2009, ended up with two ulcers by summertime, had an upper GI endoscopy to identify where they were, and then my doctor prescribed Nexium for two months. I've had to cut out much of the caffeine I used to drink in colas and coffee, and no longer take any NSAIDs (aspirin, ibuprofen).
