It's too early to know if you are pregnant or not. You did not follow the directions of the birth control so it is highly likely you are. You will now have to wait to see if your next period comes as expected. If not, wait until your period is 2 weeks late and test using first morning urine.

It appears to me, you are trying to have a baby, birth control is not effective first day taken, in fact most require to be on it for 30 days.

Also it is not being taken properly

So yes there is chance of pregnancy.
