I think put some ads on classified sites about your cleaning staff requirement.. You'll surely get some good staff out of it.. Try making a good team with a good training and well dressed individuals that will surely make profits and start your work.. All the very best.

Hello Everyone, this is my first time on here. I have been running a small home cleaning service on my own for the past two years, mainly on a part-time bases, but now my son is becoming older, I am very keen on expand it ! I would like to approach small offices and small premises. Any advise would be so grateful taken on board.
