I am now 10 days late on my period, I was told implantations occurs before your missed period but but I've been having very light to miid spotting for the last couple days with medium cramps... the flow is not mormal for my period flow and it comes & goes. I've tooken 3 pregnancy test, all were negeative & my last menstrual was May 4th. Could I be pregnant?

It sounds like you're having your menstrual flow, albeit different than "normal". Every woman will experience a strange flow from time to time.
