My fiancée paroled out of Texas but had his paper work transferred to a different state. He was doing good no trouble got a job and no new charges. Well his parole officer retired and he was assigned a new one. Well he was under the impression that he will be notified by the office on who the new officer would be. Well needless to say he wasn't contacted by this new officer and moved from one address to another(same state) and didn't report it. Well he was pulled over one day and informed that he had a warrant and was hauled off to jail. Come to find out that new officer reported that he didn't report the address change and returned his paper work to Texas. He has served 90 days in the current facility now Texas is coming to get him! What can I expect once he makes it there? Will those 90 days count as time served? How much time is usually given for this type of violation?
