I'm 19. 4 days ago I had sex and we used a condom the first time, but the second time we didn't (mind you this was all in 2 hours or so). After when I went to use the restroom, I got this burning feeling as I was peeing. I thought it was because I wasn't "wet" enough and it was just irritated. Ive experienced that before, but its continued to burn so finally I decided to take a look and I see two cuts on both sides of the vaginal opening. They're just really red and look like tiny little craters. I'm wondering what these could be and what I should do about them? I've never had these before and I'm worried.

Vaginal cut might be from a razor after trimming or shaving and you just don't feel it till a day later. Or it could be from rough sex. Also it might be from your lover if he touches you down there his fingernails are not clipped. Ask your pharmacist because you can cause an yeast infection or other in your vagina if you use the wrong thing. Or, you could wait a few days and you should be good as new again! And tell your sex buddy to take it easy on you next time!

See a doctor about possible infection, but also STD. How much do you know about your partner? Wash with mild soap and rinse well, and pat dry, and air dry for as long as possible (lying on your bed). Apply an anti-bacterial cream, although that won't help with an STD.
