Bryant Evolution Thermostat period off by 1 degree
I set my AC period for a temperature, but when it operates, it shows it as 1 degree cooler. (i.e. Day period set for 80 degrees, but operates and displays as Day Period 79 degrees).

You are making a mountain out of a mole hill. If you have a thermostat which holds within one degree of set point, that's about as good as you are going to get.
