I am a 13 year old boy and this has been happening for a while. It happens in both of them. The top part of my nipples are soft. (outer part) . The inside, however, is hard. As if there are Solid Rings behind and around my nipples, but under my skin. I can move the 'rings' around. If something slams into them, it hurts. My nipples are puffier than they should be. It's extremely embarrassing to take my shirt off in public. Especially with a hot summer approaching. When I was smaller, they were little. But now my nipples are big and puffy. If they get cold, they go back to their normal small size. Unless I touch them a lot. Then they get bigger again. Does anybody know what this is? How long it will stay? And how I could get rid of it faster? Thanks

This happens to a lot of boys while you are growing up. Hormones cause it. The good news is that it goes away and becomes normal again once your body/hormones settle down.
