    Stomach bloating
I am 6'4" tall and weigh 235 lbs. muscular, when I wake in the morning my stomach is always flat, and I look great, (not meaning to be proud) as soon as I eat breakfast I look like I have gained 10 lbs, my stomach bloats, I have seen many people eat and you can't even tell they have eaten, but not me. I think this started in my late 40's I am 57, and for the last couple years this has really troubled me, I'm embarrassed to eat in front of friends and family, I eat very healthy, I'm a vegan. Is there a reason for this and can it be stopped. I don't eat big meals, my stomach just extends when I eat. I hope you can help.

    Thank You.

There is a remarkable healthy way to stop bloating and that is probiotics contained in a 6 oz container of plain yogurt ever day, but the package must say 'live culture'. You are introducing good bacteria into your system that will aid digestion and elimination therefore getting rid of bloat. It takes about 2 weeks to become complete. A probiotic supplement every day, if you do not like plain yogurt, works the same way.
