Hi want to build my dream home. I have no constrution expirience. The home will be 60'x 46' 10' walls 36"x36" base for columns 24"x 24"footings using 1/2" rebars.walls 8"concret blocks. How do I space the columns and beems.The roof will be 28' long droping to 10' with 4sides

Where do you live? In the US you would need blueprints and engineering specifications. We cannot give you the engineering and with no experience I would suggest you get a local builder who is familiar with this form of construction.

What Brian said is true. Also the plans have to be approved by the building department. In my area they also have to be approved by the health department because we have wells and septic systems.

Tell an architect what you want and they can give you the info and plans you will need.
