For any problem between us, he would always say "go back to India". Would he be able to cancel my visa like that. Please need some help. I'm not in any idea of divorce at all.

No, only "Immigration" can cancel your visa. He can attempt to report you for fraud or something similar in an attempt to get your visa cancelled, but I doubt anyone will listen to him.
