    Blood test accuracy
How accurate is paternity blood testing? I know someone who had sex with a girl and never ejaculated inside of her but had a paternity test done and has come back as the father at 99.9%. Now I want to know how possible is I that the test is incorrect?

Ejaculating inside is not necessary, pre-ejaculate works to and that is what probably happened. Paternity tests are accurate.

Test is done with DNA, blood tests, formerly, were not accurate.

As noted, paternity questions are now settled with DNA testing which has a high degree of accuracy.

Any time there is penile insertion there is the risk of pregnancy. The so called "pull out" method is one of the least effective methods of contraception.

I would send this person a Father's Day card.
