Today I applied Behr Transparent stain to my sidewalk and it looks terrible. It looks red and is patchy. I really want to remove it all together. Will pressure washing get it off? Any suggestions?

A transparent stain will always show shading because of different thickness you put stain on. If you used a roller, it will be darker at start because there is more stain on roller. To even out color you will have to put at least one more coat. Possible 2.

When putting on 2nd coat roll at 90 degrees to 1st coat.

I would try a second coat as Chuck recommended. Otherwise, PW should take it off but a strong washer will also possibly put some pitting in the concrete.
