    Hot water only coming out of the faucet for a few seconds
    Hot water will only come out of one of my faucets for a few seconds then it goes to cold. All the other ones work perfectly fine. Does it have to do with the water heater of with a other broken part?

    What broken pipe? Please explain.
    On what fixture is this faucet on? Do you have a hot water recirculating system? Is this faucet temperature controlled such as a tub faucet? Can you furnish more details? Back to you, Tom
