If it's a blister pop it and put some Hibiclens on it and band aid. If it is an abrasion put some neosporin on it and apply a band aid. Keep changing out the band aid every 24 hours until healed. Don't beat off until healed.

Never ever pop it. If you do you can introduce further infection and make things even worse.
