Hay looking for help... Just been told by a doctor I have the shingles... 4 days ago a rash appear on my left hand side next to my hip, however I have now discovered a small but sore lump on my inner thigh next to my groin... Looking for advise please

Sounds like a swollen gland caused by the shingles.
