I have finished 21 tab pills and on 4th sugar pills, I got bleeding spot at the time of period due, the bleeding spot lasted for only few hours but I have mild lower amdominal pain, also at upper abdomen just below my chest and sever lower back pain still. I have no other any symptoms of pregnancy but I feel little bit of uneasyness after eating but I feel hungry all the time. Am I pregnant.

You do understand that you are due to have your period and it might just be a few days late starting.

Are you also aware you can't really get an accurate Home Pregnancy test result until after you are at least 2 weeks late.

You are going to have to wait and see if your period comes until its time to test... and yes it is possible... no form of birth control is 100% effective.
