No. but my aunt is a widwife she told my mom that issue, my panties are always wet every time. Im always peeing.

Straining to have a bowel movement can cause your bladder to leak. If your panties stay dry after changing you should be okay.

If your aunt is a midwife you should be following her advice, not the advice of strangers over the internet who have none of your health background.

J9, I know I've done it and felt very bad afterwards - why do people use AMHD to verify what another Doctor or RN have told them... and then argue with your (licensed/educated) advice?
