There was a burst pipe under kitchen sink .
I turned off mains water supply and replaced pipe.
All is flowing again ACCEPT the toilet has no water to flush.
What happened ?
Why will the toilet now not flush ?
To add to the fun and games the system is built into the wall .

You've disturbed some minerals built up in the pipe walls and now it's blocking your ballcock. Tell me which one's yours and I'll give you a solution, Back to you, Tom

The System is enclosed in the wall. I only have access to the bowl and a lever to press.
I cannot tell which system is in the wall.
I presume it is a fairly simple cleaning problem or minor replacement of some item or screw .
The fun part will be finding it in the wall after I smash a few holes.

I am hoping you can tell me to drain something or flush out something but it won't be that easy... Will it??

You have described a Slone Flush valve, (see image) Shut the water off at the house shut off or the screwdriver stop
Located behind the chrome nut. Now unscrew the top of the valve and pull out the rubber washer. Place a pan to catch the water and turn the water on for a few seconds to flush out the supply. Make sure the weep hole in the rubber washer's clear and reassemble. Turn the water back on and give it a flush. Better now? Good luck, Tom

Ok,
No , it is not a Slone Flush valve.
It is a flat handle that is pushed in to flush.
I think the tap under the bathroom sink might help if I turn off water supply again .
I will attach my hose pipe to it and run the water through for a few litres and see if this helps .
It will be tomorrow.
I like this plan , it might work .
I will let you know the results.

Gee, a photo would be even better.

Normally these are only seen in commercial settings. However there are in wall residential systems also. TOTO comes to mind. With the TOTO units, everything is accessible by removing the flush buttons/s panel. The extra stop under the sink is most likely the shut off to the toilet. As I search the web, I see there are many brands these days that are similar to the TOTO. A picture, brand, and model would be extremely helpful for us to help you with your problem.
