    3 days and I have an open hole after two teeth extractions
    I had two upper teeth out on weds,its now sat and one of the holes is a open hole!the other is covered in a clot,the open hole isn't painful just stings a little is it all normal or does the open hole have dry socket, help:(

    When you get a tooth pulled try have to fill the hole with a solution or material to keep from infection. The material could have came out of the whole. The causes of this is sucking on a straw or something that causes a suction in your mouth. You should make an appointment with your dentist and he would probably be more than happy to refil the whole and male sure there is no infection.

    It could be dry socket. Make an appt. with your dentist since it sounds like you lost your clot.

    There is nothing put in the extraction, if so, it would cause infection. The clot that forms heals.

    Where did you get you're info from. That is not accurate.

    Both extraction sites should have clots. You don't want dry socket. Call your dentist.
