Honda civic LX 96, none of the windows of my car open. I can't open it from driver's side control or from the individual door's control. None of windows even move.
Please help

First, test all under-dash and under-hood fuses with a test light or multimeter. Here's how:

I'm sorry, I have very few knowledge regarding car's internal parts. I have no idea where those fuses are located. And I read your posting regarding the fuse test and may be because of my lack of knowledge, it went over my head. And I don't have any clue what a multimeter or a light test is.
