My neighbor gave me some vicoden the other day for a toothache and it worked within a half hour. Now I took it tonight and its been almost two hours with no reaction. I'm still in immense pain. What's the best thing for a toothache? And how long does vicoden take to work? I took two vicodens and never took a drug this strong before.

Assuming it was really that drug ** depends on where your friend got it, if it was not from local drug store, there are lots of fake drugs.

But best thing, perhaps going to dentist and getting the tooth fixed or pulled

If the pill was marked ip465, that is simply ibuprofin with no Vicodin in it at all.
Real Vicodin WOULD relieve your pain.
The company (Amneal) that makes that pill makes one that looks just like it but with different numbers after ip that DO contain Hydrocodone (vicodin).
I have never heard of this company. There seem to be a lot of people online saying they have these pills in a bottle labeled Hydrocodone. I don't know if there is a black market operation getting plain old ibuprofin and putting it in different bottles or what.
