I've had my tubes tied for 6 and a half years and I've always had a period every month. I'm now almost 2 months late now. I've been experiencing nausea, heartburn, and tender breasts. What could this be?

There IS a possibility that you could be pregnant. Not every tubal ligation is successful. They fallopian tubes could have grown back together. You really need to see a gynecologist about this.

I don't have any kind of insurance and my husband is the only one working right now, I stay at home with our 4 kids. That's why I haven't gone to a doc.

It could be perimenopause, gall bladder disorder, hormone fluctuations.

Unfortunately, all we can do here is give you some ideas. We cannot diagnose.

Do not let money stop you from taking care of your health. Had I not gone to an emergency room three years ago because I had no money or insurance, I would not be here answering questions. I had Leukemia and would have died within weeks had I not gone. Yes, I had no insurance but I WAS treated!! Your kids need you... go get fixed up!!
