Hello my husband and I had unprotected sex two days ago. I already know I was going to start my period soon but do not know the actual day. Today a little after 6 I noticed I had wiped away a slight amount of blood. Normally my period is very heavy to the point I have to double my pads. This has been slight and I currently am having to wipe to get any blood at all. I do not know if this is my period or of it is something else. I would be grateful for an answer

I would assume you and your husband have sex often, is it always unprotected ?

But this could be spotting for pregnancy, or could just be start of a period, they can change sometimes.

You will just have to wait, if no period in about 2 weeks, you can do a pregnancy test, with first urine of the morning
