Why does my foot hurt when I need to pee
Hi I am a 23 year old male. I have the weirdest thing going on and when I tell people what it is they look at me like I'm crazy and say "its all in my head". Every time I need to pee, a sharp pain occurs on the side of my left foot. Near the bottom. But literally as soon as I start to pee then pain slowly fades and by the time I finish, then pain is completely gone. The pain would be so bad sometimes that I can't even walk on that foot. The thing that is really scaring me is that I peed like 4 times in an hour the other day. I was not even drinking anything in that hour. Please help me with this.

In Chinese medicine, the bladder meridian runs down your back all the way to your heel. The various meridians have pressure points along each one. Any pressure point can be stimulated with needles or fingers/thumbs during acupuncture or acupressure treatments. Here is one site that shows the bladder meridian --

I've had acupressure and acupuncture treatments and know that stimulating certain points along it does indeed cause one to need to empty his bladder, so your experience makes perfect sense. Read up on meridians and Chinese medicine online or in library books, if that might interest you. And just for fun, you might want to visit an acupuncturist or a chiropractor who does acupuncture.
