First, he can't just kick you out. You are a resident in his home and if he wants you out, he has to do it legally. This means giving you written notice to vacate with a time limit according to local laws.

But that's all he has to do. If you voluntarily gave up your home and belongings to move in with him, that was your choice. He is not required to help you move or survive. Now if you had been married, he would have to divorce you and may be required to help support you. But since you weren't he doesn't..
