I had an ectopic pregnancy 7yrs ago and I think I'm infertile and wants a baby... I had a period @ the end of April which carried over intoa couple days in May... I had unprotected sex on the 24th-26th and my boyfriend cummed in me x2days on the 28th my period came again and carried over to the 1st of June... I been spotting brown discharge since Sunday associated with slight cramps ands headache... what's going on?

Likely just spotting. It happens at times. Could be due to illness, rough sex, infection, etc. etc. If it's a concern you should see a doctor.

You had a period, so it's unlikely that you're pregnant.
