I have a house that I am leasing out to the US Army for a recruiter. They have been in there 2 1/2 yrs (re-sign of lease 1/1/13). I am wanting to sell my house. Am I legally able to do that with tenants in there? Or do I have to wait until lease is up? Please advise. Thanks

State Law rules - where are you?

Generally any lease has to be honored by a new owner. So it may be harder to sell to someone who wants immediate occupation. You can talk to the Army about a buy out.
