I'm just looking for some advise. Last night I went to the ER with lower chest pain and upper right quadrant pain with lots of vomiting. They basically ruled out heart attack and sent me home. My family Dr can't see me until Friday. I still have the same symptoms today and now am really weak from vomiting 4 times today. My wife says it's the stomach bug my mother says go to the ER again, basically is a trip to the ER a good idea or just wait until Friday.

IF you're having the same symptoms then yes, another ER trip is in order.

If you're constantly vomiting then you're probably dehydrated, which can be REALLY dangerous.
