Hi Doc,
I'm a 24 year old woman, I have irregular periods, however, the last time I got my period was 29 April, 2013, and I only got it for 3 days, it wasn't heavy like other times.
The problem is, I had to get it again on the 3de of June, but its 3 days late.
Could I be pregnant?

At 24 you should know the answer to this. If you are sexually active then yes, you could be pregnant. Your period occurs because, your uterine wall builds up to nourish a fertilized egg. If no fertilized egg implants on the uterine wall, then the build up is flushed to start the cycle again. So not having a period is a signal that an egg has implanted.

Are you pregnant? No way we can tell you definitively. You need to wait about 2 weeks after your due date to take a pregnancy test.

A period being "late" but starting is not pregnancy normally, in fact, how do you know it is late, if it is not regular, it may be anything.
