I had a Jones fracture a year ago with surgery. Now I am having pain swelling and bruising again, I can't get my ortho doc to sign me off work so I can rest it. He really isn't listening to me. Help

Help you how? We can't sign you off work. Have you considered a second opinion?

It's actually a workman's compensation thing it is there Dr so his goal is no more claim...

Then I don't understand how we can help you? What is it you are expecting from us?

Just some advise I've never been in this situation I'm going to try a second opinion.
