Could be an infection, irritation, disease, so many things.

We can't diagnose online. If this is a concern you'll need to see a doctor.

Anything you use now, without a diagnosis, could make things worse.

You need to see your doctor now. Call and make an appointment for tomorrow. Try a bath with epsom salts in the meantime, that won't hurt anything. But other than that, I wouldn't suggest using any over the counter meds until you know what's going on.

It sounds as though it could be a yeast infection. You could try Monistat until you get in to the doctor. It won't hurt anything if it's not a yeast infection.

OK bt please be mindful that I'm talking about the part in between the lips n not the hole Or the lips or the vagina just the part that looks like a little penis (no homo ) it's very swollen and hard and sore and hurting

You mean the clitoris. Yes, it could still be a yeast infection. Try Monistat while you are waiting to get in to the doctor.

No. Don't do that unless you want to give that area frostbite.
