I feel really nauseated when I smell or eat
These past couple of days I been really hungry to the point where I hear my stomach growling but when I smell food or eat I get really nauseated. It's come to the point where I don't want to eat because I hate the feeling of being nauseated but yesterday I started getting nauseated out of nowhere and there was no food around me.. I've never had an eating disorder or anything I always been healthy... last month I missed my period and now I'm 15 days late and still counting because it seems like its just not coming.. I had cramps here and there but no period . I haven't changed my diet or sleeping hours or routine so I don't know why my period is late . Or why I'm feeling this way
