Hello I am having trouble with a state water heater model#GS650Y0CT no hot water can you please help me if I can figure out the problem instead of fixing all the wrong thing it would be great I appreciate your advice and time thank you.

Hi zenayala and welcome, what exactly is the heater doing? Is the pilot light burning? Does it the burner come on and go off?

Expert here have recommended to call a pro to work on these units, it more probably a thermocouple but not that easy a change out, I do my own.

There should be an expert along with better info so hang tight and good luck.

Is the unit still under warranty?
