Last oct.2012 I got unexpected cesarean,but now I'm 6mos.preg.what should I do?I'm worried of our safety

If you do not wish to keep having children, refrain from sex. But what safety, only your doctor will know if you will have to get a C section for this child, if you do, that is common and done all the time, I see no safety issue ?
