    Surgical Drain Tube
My daughter had an abdominalplasty with three drain tubes inserted a little over two weeks ago in another part of the country. One drain tube is not draining and looks like it has fat gobules and other matter. It is hard. I have tried to milk it to no avail. Should we go to the E.R.

The surgery was 3 weeks ago? Those drains should most likely have been removed by now.

Unless there is redness, swelling, heat or tenderness, I don't see why it can't wait until morning to go to the doctor.
