Its an older movie and all I can remember is it about a girl and on a rainy night she goes to a strange part of town to a fortune teller and I think when she gives her money the lady lays it in a tray and it turns into a toad and another part is where she go to like a fair ground at night and no one is there and sits on a carousel and it starts spinning but I sont remember what happens after that. Please help, I want to know what this movie is
