All right! So, I got my cartilage pierced 4 days ago, and I woke up on the side that it is on this morning. All day it's been throbbing but not red nor swollen. Then I took some Tylenol and it was fine. Then this evening I rubbed up against it with a towel. Now it's starting again. I don't know what it is. Can someone please help me?

A needle should have been used. Keep an eye on it and, if it continues to be painful and begins to turn red and swollen, it's time to visit your doctor.

But I've cleaned it twice a day everyday and turned it as told. I dot see what could trigger it like this. I mean I am a rough sleeper I guess and had to sleep with my 3 year old cousin last night. So maybe he hit it and it is just trying to heal up? Can you please give me a way less stressful answer than this?

Less stressful? It isn't red and swollen so far, so that is good. Keep an eye on it and continue to give it good care, as you were instructed.
